Banana Pancakes  -  This is a Kids favourite

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 2

TMH Tip- You don’t need any extra sugar as the natural sugar in the banana is sweet enough

2 Banana mashed
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tsp of cinnamon
100 g gluten free porridge oats
1 egg

Blend the porridge oats into a flour consistency in a blender for 10 seconds.

In a bowl mash the banana with a fork, add the egg and cinnamon.

Add the oats to the bowl and mix thoroughly.

Heat the coconut oil in a pan over a medium heat then add a spoonful of the pancake mix into the pan.

Allow to cook for approx 1 minute then flip over.

Serve with your favourite toppings, seeds, berries, honey

This recipe is great to make in the morning and take the extras out with you as a quick healthy snack.

  1. Education is one of the most sought after characteristics by almost every employer. They want their employees to be competent, skilled, and smart. Training can certainly help, but a formal education cannot be replaced. Professionals of all kind have to complete continuing education courses to keep their license active. They must renew their license through their state every 1-3 years depending on what industry they are in and what license(s) they hold. Insurance professionals are no different.http://www.how-todo.xyz/
