The Healthy Happy Mum Plan by Katie Piper and TerriAnn Nunns




Philanthropist, TV presenter and author Katie Piper and entrepreneur TerriAnn Nunns, of The TerriAnn 123 Diet Plan, and are thrilled to launch their fitness, food and lifestyle ‘mum manual’, The Happy Healthy Mum Plan.

After meeting through mutual friends Katie and TerriAnn instantly clicked, sharing stories of the highs and lows of motherhood alongside juggling their careers.
